What can I do with kiwi fruit?!

I get a weekly fruit box and for a few weeks now they have sent me kiwi fruit - I now have quite a collection! All the kids like them, they're just not first choice as it's a bit messy to eat them.

So is there anything I can make with them other than an enormous fruit salad?

Put them in a smoothie? Blitz them and make lollies?

Pavlova?

Put kiwi slices on top of vanilla cheesecake

Try cutting them in half and just dig the kiwi out of the skin with a spoon much less mess

Done make jelly...the kiwi stops it setting...took me a couple of days to work that out
