Who makes dresses?

I have some lovely cotton Dorothy fabric that I would like to be made into a dress for my little Dorothy! I prefer the 'gypsy' style or 'playdate dress' style rather than the 'pillowcase' dress style.
So, you wonderfully skilled mums - who can do this? :widesmile:
